Even though most teams do not have their 2013-14 roster posted, we still have the pleasure of the first Pre-Season ranking for the upcoming season. Massey Ratings has compiled the a ranking system for all 90 schools participating this season. Not sure how this was calculated, but it's still exciting to see anything mentioning California Juco ball. One thing I can notice, is that every team is still undefeated.

First California Juco Men's Basketball Pre-Season rankings for 2013-14
