Aaron Armstead of San Jose City College has signed with Northern Illinois. Armstead played one season at Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2011-12, appearing in 30 games, making four starts while averaging 3.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. He played his sophomore year at San Jose City College where he averaged 14.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
Northern Illinois competes in the Mid-American Conference with Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Miami, Ohio, Toleda and Western Michigan.
