STLB has it's Central Valley Conference Preseason Preview

Signal the Light Basketball, headed by John Bynum, has it's in-depth preseason preview for the Central Valley Conference posted. 

 Fresno City looks to dominate the conference once again, but it appears that some teams are stepping up to challenge FCC this year.  According to STLB, the CVC has three teams that are at least going to be fighting for a legitimate chance at 2nd place, and could collectively help knock FCC from the top spot.
