De'Sean Parsons of Grant high school in Sacramento has
signed to play basketball with Salt Lake Community College in Utah. The 6'6" wing was honored as the Sacramento Bee All-Metro First Team, Division II Metro Player of the Year, and Delta Valley Player of the Year.
